We’re looking for a Head Chef who: Has 2 years' experience in a similar role (pub or high-volume venues a bonus) Leads by example with attention to detail and a training-first approach Can motivate and develop their team, bringing structure and consistency Thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for quality pub classics with room for creativity Is confident managing COGs, rosters, compliance systems and processes Understands how to align kitchen operations with venue and company targets Why Choose Us?
